Special Needs Community Partnership Program Information
Special Needs Community Partnership Requirements:
1. Your organization must have an Established Organization. The following are the requirements for us
to
be considered as an Established Organization:
- At least 20 members the Organization.
- Active organization.
- Structured organization with positions, e.g. CEO, COO, Manager(s), etc.
- At least one other organization recognizing your organization.
- Goal or Mission of the organization.
2. Your organization must follow the Special Needs Community Partnership Program & Special Needs Community
Guidelines & Policy.
3. Your organization needs to be not involved in any kind of federal charges or convictions. If so,
application will be automatically declined.
4. Someone from your organization must be assigned as a representative representing your organization and
Special Needs Community. This is to make affairs more easier to communicate and without any
misinterpretation.
5. Application needs to filled out once only, unless your organization stops partnership or any type of
relations with us.
